FOREST TOURS
Company -> Timberlands -> Stewardship -> Implementation ->

TRAILS
Each tour stop features a short forest trail, an opportunity to get off the road and walk into the woods. The forest is relaxing - the fresh air and fresh smells, song birds, chattering squirrels or just quiet peacefulness.

NATURE WALKS
Tour guides are foresters with a wealth of practical experience and they love answering questions. They will help you distinguish between different trees and identify new flowers and plants and edible berries. In berry season, and providing the black bears haven't been there first, you can feast at nature's fruit stand.

SALMON HATCHERIES
At each of our Northern Vancouver Island operations the tour includes a visit to the hatcheries of our salmon enhancement program. More than ten million fry have been released from WFP sponsored hatcheries since the first was started in 1979.

The tours are free, knowledgeable tour guides are provided, and transportation is comfortable. Tours commence in mid-June and continue until early September. Call in advance and book a seat.
